I’m Indigo (she/her), a researcher, writer, and arts/heritage programme designer and consultant based in Edinburgh. I run A Queer Was Here a Community Interest Company.

My work focuses on uncovering and amplifying underrepresented narratives in museum collections, art galleries, and heritage spaces. From castles to convict barracks, I’ve worked across the heritage sector in Australia and Scotland for almost ten years.

This platform explores storytelling through heritage, art, and culture—blending historical research, creative practice, and community engagement.
